Today MI Senate Democrats approved an 11-bill gun control package including 'safe storage' and 'universal background check' legislation which is aimed (pun intended) at burdening responsible gun owners with more mandates. Enabling criminals seems to be a thing for these liberals.
As if that wasn't enough, the tweet pictured shows how far the 'red flags' laws - or extreme risk confiscation - (also part of this package) goes.
Note: The fools cancelled due process!
According to MLive, "None of the bills were granted immediate effect, meaning that should the legislation pass out of the House as well it will not become law until 90 days after session concludes for the legislative year."
We hope a court challenge or recall of these politicians is forthcoming, as "shall not be infringed" is still part of our Constitution. #2A
